Shipping policy

At DRIP HQ we ship from Malta to customers across Malta and Europe. Here is what to expect when you order with us.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

• Malta & Europe (in-stock items): typically 4–7 business days from dispatch.
• Personally sourced items: because these are tracked down specifically for you, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. We confirm the timeframe when we send your quote.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during sale periods, peak seasons, or because of courier delays outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you will always see the total before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Customs and duties

For deliveries within the EU no additional customs charges apply. For any destination outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a resolution.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
